Institutional Effectiveness aims to establish and maintain a multi-level institutional effectiveness model that promotes intentionality and purposeful continuous improvement and quality enhancement. This will be achieved by continuously striving for the following goals:

• Enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of University functions
• Ensuring effective performance management and accountability
• Ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures and other applicable Acts and Regulations
