When is the PMU Library Building Open?

The Library is open from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.  Both Libraries are closed on Friday and Saturday. Hours for both Libraries are subject to change during registration, final exams, mid-year breaks or during unforeseen emergencies.

Is the PMU Library open in the weekends?

Currently the Library is not open in the weekends.

How can I access our e-resources off-campus?

Go to Home Page hover Sign In and click e-resources.  When prompted, enter User ID and Password (Your user ID and Password is the same one you use to access your PMU web mail).

How do I borrow books?

PMU Library have self-check machine where you can checkout books or take them to circulation desk and staff will check them out for you as long as you have your PMU ID card.

I received an overdue notice. What should I do?

Materials can be renewed online, over the phone or in person.
Renew online by using the PMU Library Catalog, the Library's online catalog.
Log into the Catalog using your User ID and Password (Your ID and Password is the same one you use to access your PMU web mail). 

What can I do if a book I need is already checked out?

You can request a hold through PMU catalog. Holds can also be placed online through the “My Account” feature of the online catalog. Any book that you have checked out can be subject to recall by another library or patron at any time.

How do I request materials not held by PMU library?

The PMU Library is currently subscribed to the British Library’s Document Supply Centre, and can provide access to articles through this service.  Use the web request form ILL. Fill out as much information as you have about the article or chapters book you want.

How can I get help with my research paper?

PMU library staff are eager to assist you. You can book appointment online.

Is training available for the Library’s electronic resources?

Contact a librarian to arrange for personal training and/or class training.
