Walk-in include (sick leave approvals, academic issues, special needs support, parent meetings, academic progress reports, urgent issues, social support, motivational sessions, etc.)

Workshop topics (scheduled for the second week of each month) are Time Management, Anger Management, Communications, Study/Exam Skills, and On-Demand Workshops.

Follow-up appointments will be organized before each semester begins when cases are carried over from previous semester and when cased of academic referrals are made (probation students). On a daily basis, information contained in the appointment book includes all scheduled counseling sessions, Walk-in, presentations, conferences, and other meetings counselors are scheduled to attend.

The appointment book will be secured at end of each day in the filing cabinet where client files are contained. When appointments are made in person, an appointment card will be provided to note the date, time, and the counselor’s name. The student's name will not be written on the appointment card
