The President's Cabinet
Purpose and Functions:
The President’s Cabinet advises the President on matters pertaining to the overall operations of the University including strategic planning, policy development, budget actions, human and various resources, space allocations, expansion, and other administrative actions.
Membership and Representation:
Members are seniors representing all aspect of the university structure and functions as well as others appointed by the President. Appointments are made for a term of two years, renewable at the discretion of the President. Members represent the following functions: Strategy, Academics, Operations, Student Affairs, Outreach and Community relations, Communications and others as appointed by the President.
Meetings:
During each regular semester, the Cabinet shall hold at least two formal documented meetings, in two different months. Meetings may be more frequent as per the business referred by the President.
Pathway for Recommendations and Decisions:
The PC refers recommendations to the University Council.
