Overview

Launched in 2006, PMU started operations with the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the establishment of the University and its Charter.

Educational philosophy is to provide higher education opportunities, to sustain scientific research and to promote writing, translation and publishing. PMU also strives to serve the local community in the respective areas of specialty, in line with the educational policies of the Kingdom.
