The Centre for Sustainable Infrastructure Materials (SIM) at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University is a multidisciplinary research and innovation center dedicated to developing next-generation construction materials and technologies that support resilient, carbon-neutral, and resource-efficient infrastructure systems.

The center integrates advanced material science, civil engineering, digital technologies, and sustainability-driven innovation to address critical challenges in infrastructure durability, carbon reduction, circular economy implementation, and smart infrastructure systems.

Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, the Saudi Green Initiative, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, SIM serves as a regional platform for research excellence, industry collaboration, advanced testing, and postgraduate research development.
