Electrical Engineering department in collaboration with Campus Life organized the EE Open Day Event 7. This was an exciting event in which students exhibited their course design projects demonstrating their hands-on and practical skills. These projects covered different areas in EE including: electronics, digital systems, communication systems, control systems, microprocessors, and electric power systems.
This event also featured a robotics competition in which students from the Microprocessor course participated with their robotic cars designed and built as part of their course project. The robotic cars could be controlled through a smart phone application. They can also be operated in manual or autonomous modes.
The Dean of College of Engineering, Dr. Jamal, visited the event and praised and appreciated the effort of the students.
