You are cordially invited to submit your abstracts or papers for presentation at the First Conference on Organizational Resilience, Corporate Governance, Innovative Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development During and Beyond the COVID-19 Crisis, organized by Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The conference will be held as a hybrid event, participants will present via a platform and all Keynote Speakers will present in-person at the University Auditorium.

Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:
  1. General Track (Business and Management, HRM, Sustainability and Resilience)
  2. Entrepreneurship & Innovation
  3. Finance and Accounting
  4. E-Business – Digital Economy
  5. Marketing and Services
  6. Future Studies in Business

All papers must be written in English. The submitted work must not be published nor submitted for publication elsewhere. All submissions will be refereed by at least two reviewers. All authors should electronically submit their papers to Conference paper submission system (EasyChair), which will be opened one month before the submission due date. Selected papers would be included in Scopus Indexed Journals. Selected accepted and registered full papers will be published in (Scopus indexed journals) (TQM Journal Euromed Journal of Business and South Asian Journal of Business and Management Cases).
Detailed instructions for paper preparation are as follows.

Page limit for regular papers: 4.000 to 6.000 words including figures, tables and references.

  • Page limit for poster abstracts: 1-2 pages including figures, tables and references. Please note poster abstracts are included in the conference booklet but not published in the Conference Proceedings.

Paper preparation: While waiting for the official approval from the publisher, submitted regular papers, short papers, or poster abstracts are suggested to be of the following style: use two-column format, 10 pt Times New Roman, 1 inch page margins, single-line spacing, and apply the indent of 0.5 inch to every new paragraph.

Authors of accepted papers must register for the Conference at the author registration rate and attend to present their papers.
