The Additive Manufacturing Research & Innovation Center (AMRIC) at Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University (PMU) serves as a strategic hub for advancing fundamental and applied research in additive manufacturing (AM). The Centre's activities encompass the development and integration of novel materials, advanced design methodologies, process optimization, and digital manufacturing, including the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning. AMRIC fosters interdisciplinary collaboration across engineering, computer science, and biomedical domains, while promoting technology transfer, industrial partnerships, and workforce development. By addressing critical challenges in sustainable, high-performance, and next-generation manufacturing, the Center positions PMU at the forefront of innovation and industrial adoption in additive manufacturing.
