Tuition and Fee Payment Policy
VAT Application
- A 15% VAT is applied on tuition and non-tuition fees for non-Saudi students.
- A 15% VAT is applied on non-tuition fees only for Saudi students. Tuition fees are VAT-exempt for Saudi students.
Tuition Fees Payment Methods
Online payment: SADAD
Students may pay tuition fees in full using the following methods:
- MADA, MasterCard, or Visa using PMU SPAN machines
- ⚠️ Cash payments are not accepted.
Tuition Fee Information
- SAR 29,000 per semester for undergraduate programs.
- SAR 32,500 per semester for majors in Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity.
- Tuition fee must be paid by the deadline stated in the Letter of Offer.
- All tuition payments are non-refundable.
- Note: A 15% VAT will be added for non-Saudi students, as per the government regulations.
Refund and Withdrawal Policy
To be eligible for a refund, students must submit an official withdrawal request to the Admissions Office during working hours or via email (through Self Service).
Deductions based on withdrawal timing and aligned with the Academic Calendar:

Full Semester Charges
If a student withdraws from the university or drops any courses after the Add/Drop period as stated in the academic calendar, the full semester tuition and fees will be charged and no refund will be issued in these cases.
This policy applies to:
- Complete withdrawal
- Dropping courses
Failing to Comply with the PMU Tuition Payment Policy
PMU reserves the right to withhold the Students’ services and Banner access for students who fail to complete their payment or if their account is delinquent. Students will be charged for full tuition even if they fail to attend classes or following the complete withdrawal procedure.
