The Department of Mechanical Engineering at PMU emphasizes the following educational objectives for his MSME program:
- Graduates of the program will meet the professional expectations of national and international employers of Mechanical Engineers and Scientists.
- Graduates of the program will undertake leadership roles in their communities and/or professions.
- Graduates of the program will pursue advanced studies and/or professional certification/training, if they so desire.
- Graduates of the program will perform research techniques, interdisciplinary teamwork, and critical analysis of mechanical engineering problems.
