Dear Student,

Reference to our previous Announcement dated March 23 regarding the courses assessment method, please note the following clarifications:

Course Assessment Method:
A student must choose one of the following course assessment methods:

1.        Standard Course Assessment:
By choosing this option, students will attend all final exams on blackboard and their grades taken this term will be calculated in the CGPA

2.        Pass/Fail Evaluation Options:
-          Option A: by choosing this option, students will not need to attend their final exams, and courses’ results taken this term will be calculated based on previous work assignments, quizzes, tests, attendance and participation performance (continues assessment). And so their final accumulated grades will not be calculated in the CGPA
-          Option B: by choosing this option, students will opt to attend final exams and courses’ results taken this term will be calculated based on final exams including the grades of all previous work assignments, quizzes, tests, attendance and participation performance. And so their final accumulated grades will not be calculated in the CGPA

Procedures:

Take note of the following guidelines:

1.        Visit the link that will be sent to you this week and choose one of the above options soon.
2.        Once an option is chosen, it will be final and a student will not be able to change that.
